Sage’s Approach to Yoga
In this busy modern world we find ourselves in, I invite you to connect with the ancient practice of Yoga. My classes are designed to restore and calm the mind and body, and deepen your connection with your inner spirit of guidance and wisdom.
Focusing on relaxation, breath and movement - Yoga becomes not just another form of exercise, but an art form, a practice to live by harmoniously uniting mind, body, and spirit and balancing the lunar (feminine) and solar (masculine) energies.
Sage’s approach to Yoga is a harmonious blend of relaxation, and gentle flow. Offering both Hatha and Yin style classes with the focus being on the breath (Pranayama) and allowing yourself to let go of the monkey mind (Chitta Vittri) to enter a place of peace, calm and tranquility (shanti). Completing the practice with rest (savasana). Leaving you feeling blissful and rejuvenated in your mind, body and spirit. Suited to all levels and ages.

Sage Lampard is the founder and Yogini of Sacred Sage, inviting you into sacred space, recapturing the rapture of the divine feminine. Deeply devoted to a life of service, mission and awakening to one's divine essence through the ancient practices of Yoga, Tantra, Astrology, the Divination Arts and Healing.
Sage began her journey from a young age being curious and intrigued by Astrology and Tarot and using them as a tool to understand the greater purpose of life. Through her dedicated practice of Yoga and deep meditative practices her journey has traversed into higher spiritual truths. She discovered a strong family linage of healing and through this ancestral re-awakening, personal sacred experiences, and connection to the divine she has delved deeper into her mission of healing and service, devoted to walking her path and sharing wisdom. Sage is a 500 hours trained Yoga Teacher, specialising in Hatha, Yin and Tantra Yoga. She has deeply immersed herself in the path of Yogini and Tantrika, creating a gentle feminine based Yogic style, focusing on inner connection, breath work, heart opening poses, that cultivates deep presence.
Sage’s remembrance of the divine Shakti energy has led her to a deeper connection with the energies of Shiva and Shakti or the divine feminine and masculine within. Through these ancient practices she hopes to re- ignite this remembrance also within you, allowing for greater connection to the god and goddess energy. This in turn brings greater harmony, flow and peace into your everyday life and helps open you to your true souls purpose.
After various sojourns to Bali she was drawn to the beauty and sensuality of their profound heart centered traditional massage technique and is now a trained practicing Intuitive Balinese Massage Therapist. Alongside this Sage is a trained Reiki Master and Biodyamnic Cranipsacral Therapist offering a unique, spiritual healing experience, combining these two beautiful healing modalities.
Sage’s passion and dedication to understanding deep evolutionary Astrology has been with her from an early age having a strong connection to the spirit world, magic and myth, she weaves Astrology into everyday life and infuses it into all her practices, Sage is also a qualified Red Tent facilitator, holding sacred space for women through the practice of intentional circles.
Sacred Sage offers collaborative workshops, retreats and immersions throughout the year.
Sage welcomes you with an open heart into her sacred space alongside her community of dedicated devotees. Her intention is to hold space, witnessing and supporting your unique transformative journey. Claiming your sovereignty as divine and sacred.
